These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the AI-powered document translation service "ManualTranslate" (manuals-translate.shop), operated by Arnika Plau (operating as Algoran), Dr. Alban Str. 24, 19195 Plau am See, Germany, Germany ("Provider", "we", or "us").

ManualTranslate offers an AI-powered translation service for technical manuals and PDF documents. The system aims to preserve formatting and layout. We offer a free trial (1 manual) and paid monthly subscriptions (Starter, Professional, Enterprise). Manuals exceeding 100 pages require manual review and custom processing.

Users must register via email or Google Account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You guarantee that you hold the necessary copyright and legal rights to translate and upload the documents you submit to our platform.

Paid tiers are billed on a monthly subscription basis. Prices are stated on the website. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time within your account dashboard.

While our AI strives for high accuracy and layout retention, we do not guarantee that translations will be 100% error-free. The user is responsible for reviewing critical translated content prior to commercial distribution. We are liable only for intent and gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is limited to foreseeable, typical damages in the event of a breach of material contractual obligations.

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. If the user is a merchant or legal entity, the exclusive place of jurisdiction shall be our registered office in Germany.
